Friendly pet loving house near Birmingham Centre

A friendly house share in Erdington with very good access to buses and trains direct to the centre. Gravelly Hill train station is about 10 minutes walking distance and trains take 10 minutes to get into Grand Central. The house is 5 minutes walking distance from the high street and Tesco.

The house has a open plan living room and kitchen so it's ideal to spend time with each other when cooking in the evenings. I have a very loveable labradoodle so it would be ideal to find someone who is an animal lover too.

There is Internet as part of the rent and NowTV and Netflix in the living room. Bills are included on the agreement that usage of water, heating etc is reasonable and fair. We would accept another couple living here, however would have to negotiate rent as this would use up slightly more in terms of bills :)

The rooms available are a good size double with furniture eg chest of drawers. The only thing that would need to be provided by the tenant is a bed.

We have a garden with our own Apple tree and rhubbarb. It would be great to have someone else who is keen on cooking!

I'm looking for a professional who is friendly, like to get involved with others and who loves animals.
