Double Room to rent in Great Barr

I am a professional female home owner looking to rent out a large double room in my house to another professional person.

The room is at the back of house which is quiet and my housemate will have use of a shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden. There is also a drive at the front of the house and I currently have off road parking for an additional car or motorbike.

I am fairly close to the M6, J7 and the M5 motorways and can commute into Birmingham City Centre on the express bus which takes about 10-15 minutes.

I am a sociable easy going person who's interests include travel, cinema, cooking, eating out, listening to music and socialising. I am looking for a similar natured housemate who is clean, tidy and who respects other people's property. I would also expect someone who is willing to keep the communal areas of the house tidy.

I am happy to consider a Monday-Friday let.
