Double room in beautiful home, 1mile to train

I have one lovely, recently decorated double room in my Victorian semi detached house (currently buying new furniture which is why there are no pictures of the room!).

Great location, walking distance to a lovely high street (Boldmere) and excellent train links- 1 mike walk to two train stations which go direct to Birmingham (wylde green and Chester road stations).

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy but also someone who is sociable. The house has a huge garden and lots of space.
