The bedroom is fully furnished. It has a double ottoman bed, with incredible storage capability. The room also contains a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a mirror.

The bathroom is large and has a tub and shower.

You will also have your own storage room at the front of the apartment, to be able to store additional belongings, like shoes, coats, books and so on.

The open space living room and kitchen is modern and comfortable, with sofas and TV facilities. The kitchen is fully equipped with white goods (except toaster), cutlery, plates and other dishes, pots and pans.

All cleaning tools (vacuum, broom, mop) and iron and ironing table are included.

The second bedroom is currently occupied by the live in landlady.

Room comes with a lock.

The room comes inclusive of all utility bills and council tax.

You will have access to a Netflix account in replacement for a TV package such as Sky or Virgin.

The apartment has its own secure car park, you will have your own car park space.

The apartment is a 5 minute drive into Birmingham City Centre, a 10 minute walk to Five Ways Train Station and Broad Street. Its location is fantastic for commute to all areas of Birmingham as it is central.
