Aston university only 20 minutes walk

The flat has nice fitting and one balcony.

The room is quite a small size( suitable for person does not need big room space) but cozy, it has got double bed (single bed also can be provided by negotiation), one desk and chair, large ground window, suitable for professional, student, or any who love quality life. Clothes walldrob also available. Anyone want a big room may not suitable.
But it is a cozy room with good fresh air.

One this quite strict here is no smoking allowed in the building including the flat and the balcony.

You will be sharing the flat with friendly and easy going and friendly host.
