I have a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom available from November 21 2022.

The room is for single occupancy only (no couples). Room is furnished: two wardrobes, double bed with storage and two bedside tables with drawers; and it is overlooking rear garden. The room comes with private bathroom (located on same floor; it’s not en-suite though.

The house is located in Birmingham, Fordbridge area near Coleshill. It is a nice, green location, 10 mins drive from Birmingham airport (great bus connection to airport) and it takes around 20 mins to drive to the city centre of Birmingham. There is also great bus service that runs every 10 minutes and will take you to city centre in 35 mins – bus stop walking distance from the house.

Please note car parking is available either on visitor parking slot or on main road only.

The house is fully furnished (one big American style fridge with a freezer, one built in fridge & freezer, built in dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven and grill and all the other necessary kitchen equipment). Kitchen and living room have recently been decorated.
The living room has got a large corner sofa bed, big flat screen TV, a coffee table as well as a dining table with chairs.

I am friendly and easy-going professional living with my partner who is also professional; both working within office hours. We have a dog so ideally we are looking for a housemate that likes the company of dogs. Having said that, we like to keep the house clean and tidy so we try not to let the dog everywhere in the house.

Monthly rent is exclusive of bills. Bills will be calculated on a monthly basis (water, gas, electricity, internet). At the moment bills calculate to be around £230 per month (£70-80 per person). With current energy prices rising as well as winter months being more expensive this amount is very likely to increase. Tenant does not have to pay towards council tax.

Deposit which equals monthly rent amount is required and payable on day one – refundable upon moving out as per terms stated in the rental agreement.
