We are currently two boys and a girl, a Doctor at the QE hospital, a PhD student at UoB and an account manager for a start-up tech company in the Jewellery Quarter. We all very laid back, like all sports and enjoy a good pub session and would like a new flatmate who is equally enthused by the same things.

We live in a soon to be gated cul-de-sac just off Hagley road, that has been recently refurbished to a high standard in a modern and contemporary style. It's five minutes walk from Fiveway, midway between Harborne and the Jewellery Quarter both of which are 15mins walk away and only 30mins walk from New street station.

The flat is on the 4th floor accessible using either an old school lift or stairs and provides great views towards the Edgbaston reservoir and the Edgbaston/Harborne area. The buildings have a garden outside and plentifully available parking around the complex though some of the spots can be a little tricky to manoeuvre into sometimes. Garages are available for a fee.

The room has a full-size double divan bed, two large double door wardrobes, 2 double door cupboards and bedside unit all built above and around the bed provide ample storage. If this still isn't enough there are a number of walk in cupboards in the flat for stashing extra stuff should your cupboards become full. It is also kitted out with 200 MB/s Virgin fibre, Tivo with BT sport, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge freezer.

There is a gym located 5 mins down the road with a Boston tea party across the road from that coming soon. There are also a number of great gastro/drinking pubs within 5 mins of the flat as well. The flat is close to both train and bus services and you can cycle into the city for work or down the canal.

All bills are included (Virgin Broadband WiFi, utility bills and council tax).
