Beautiful room in South Birmingham conveniently located on the main route into Birmingham City Centre and New Street station or The University of Birmingham and Queen Elizabeth Hospital if you catch a bus in the opposite direction. It is set back from the road in fantastic communal gardens. The flat is very spacious, quiet and private. I have a large spare room with 4ft 6 bed, and wardrobe space. The room overlooks the trees in the garden. Shared bathroom. Use of the kitchen and wifi. The flat is lovely and warm in the winter, the neighbours are friendly and quiet.
We are a couple who both work random shifts at the local Arts Centre. Not infrequently one or both of us won't get home until after 11pm. We have two Burmese cats. We probably won't see much of you. You can cook in our kitchen and share our bathroom and our cats. We will leave you in peace but the cats probably won't!
