Bathroom: shower/bath with glass door, sink with mirror.

Parking: there is a secure parking space within the development.

Bills: around £60pcm (water, electricity, broadband + free Sky), plus £60 council tax.

Flatmate: 26-year-old, outgoing professional (accountant). He is happy to meet up for a coffee with any prospective flatmate. :)

There is also 7am-7pm concierge 7 days a week.

The flat is rented through agency, therefore referencing is required. The tenancy ends at the end of August 2018, when it can be renewed.
