city centre ( 15 mins on the bus or train and less by car ), with good access to other parts of the
city via main bus routes and Erdington train station, aswell as major motorway networks.

The house is only a short walk from the local high street which has local shops, supermarkets and local amenities.
Sutton Park is just a mile or so away and Sutton Town Centre with great shops, bar and restaurants is just 10 minutes from the house.

The existing tenants are easy going and friendly people, we're looking for a similar person to complete the houseshare ( We always encourage everyone to meet each other before making a decision - a chance to meet up and decide if it is the houseshare for them ).
