I am a professional living in a 3 bedroom house close to city centre near Edgbaston. The room has become available now. It's double size room with plenty of storage space and is part furnished. I am looking preferably for a young professional (but not essential). All rent and bills included for £460 a month. This includes gas, electric, council tax, water, TV license and broadband internet. There is a shared kitchen, shared living room and bathroom. This property is well worth a look, you will be impressed with the amount of space available for the price and proximity to city centre. You will struggle to beat this property. As for living with me, I have a laid back attitude very friendly and easy to get on with. I am looking g to get 1 person to fill the empty bedroom. I do like to keep things clean and tidy also. Ideally I would like to find a housemate that likes to hang out from time to time and socialize.
