The room currently has built in floor to ceiling wardrobes. A double bed will also be purchased when a tenant is found.

You'll be sharing the house with myself, a live-in landlord. I am a professional and work full time.

The house is a large semi-detached property in Hodge Hill, Birmingham. The property has a driveway which can fit 2 cars and a small back garden.
