Canalside ensuite room

Ensuite room with double bed and modern furnishings at Canalside student accomodation. The rent is £122 a week and this room is within a 6 bed flat. All other rooms are occupied by female flatmates. There is a gym on-site included in the rent as well as free shuttle buses to nearby universities. Only a 10 minute walk from the city centre. Looking for a female flatmate as all the other tenants are female. I know 3 of the flatmates personally and they are really nice girls, so I am looking for someone friendly to replace me as I can no longer move into this accomodation.
