💪 Katrina – The Man of the House (fixer of all things, keeps everything running smoothly — and proud cat mum 🐈)

The vibe at home is clean, relaxed, and easygoing — a nice balance of social and personal space. It’s a great place to unwind, feel comfortable, and enjoy a peaceful home environment.

• Parking available – driveway space (John currently has a car) plus additional space for a second car or easy on-street parking

Katrina has two friendly, well-trained house cats. They’re strictly indoor cats, very clean, and mostly just follow Katrina around — so the house still feels calm and tidy.
