Description
**Room is now available from the end of December**
This central Birmingham flat has a really spacious communal area with great kitchen - all utensils, plates, pans and white goods are already provided. There's also a nice corner sofa, dining table and TV with a PS4 for use.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, two side tables with drawers, a wardrobe in a cupboard and an additional wardrobe. Can be flexible if you fancy taking one of the wardrobes out of the room to give you a little more space.
I'm a graphic designer working in an office nearby, studying towards an MA during evenings/weekends. I'm pretty laid back and sociable - like to go out in JQ, Digbeth and Hurst St. I tend to get a load of cheap last minute tickets to random events in the city centre too!
My current flatmate is moving out at the end of December as he's moving to another city. All I ask from you is that you're easy to get along with and pay the rent/bills on time!

Location: The flat is extremely central with a 5 minute walk to Colmore Row, 2 minute walk to St Chads Metro stop.
Bills: Approx. £160pm (TV Licence, Insurance, Fibre [1Gbps] internet, Electricity, Water & Council Tax), so you'd be looking at around £610 a month all-in.
Parking: This could be arranged with the building management for an additional cost.
Landlord: We've got a great landlord that responds quickly to any issues.
Flat condition: The flat was redecorated in July and the building is currently undergoing refurbishment.
