Looking for a flat mate

Hello,
We are a couple and have a double room to rent in Birmingham city centre cross the road from the mailbox.
It’s even bigger and looking better then the photos ;)
It's warm and so bright as well. Featuring family bathroom (just for you), fully fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and huge reception room. We’re sure you will love it!
It’s 2 minutes walk from Birmingham new street and 5 minutes from broad street.
Concierge will pick up your parcels, so you don't need going to the post office ;p
It would be £550 a month bills included.
We’re very clean and responsible and we are expecting the same. We love to have fun and watching films when we have time as we work a lot anyway.
Flat will be deep cleaned and carpets washed. It's on the 6th floor, sunny side, so it's warm and electricity bills won't be high plus it's not noisy being high.
