I'm looking for one other person to buddy up with to rent this apartment in the brand new Allegro Exchange Square building in Birmingham City Centre.

Looking for someone who wants a 12 month contract (can be discussed if you want longer).

I would ideally want to sign as soon as possible or before September.

About the property:
-9 min walk to New Street station, 10 min walk to Snow Hill (that's what google says so likely quicker).

-The apartment would be on the 3rd floor or above.

-2 double bedrooms of equal size both with en suite.

-The deposit is one month's rent.

-Comes furnished at no extra cost.

-Fully integrated kitchen so dishwasher, fridge / freezer. washing machine / dryer

-Free resident's gym

-Concierge and security services at no extra cost

-Communal private gardens with access to a roof terrace and lounge

-Parking available (at extra cost)

-Free bike storage

-Pets are allowed

Bills - not included in the rent:
- We would need to sort out our own bills for electric, water, wifi and council tax.

-I've been assured that there are no extra or hidden fees - no moving in, check out, concierge, or security fees.

About me:
-I'm 24 and just about to start a job in the city centre this September.

-I consider myself quite friendly, sociable and respectful.

-I'm clean and tidy in communal areas so I'm looking for someone who is the same. I'm not a fan of coming back to a dirty kitchen or living area at the end of the day so looking for someone who is also respectful :)
