Hi, I have not moved in yet but have placed a holding fee on this apartment due to it being in high demand, i’m looking for a flat mate to rent it out with to share! It’s a really nice apartment with a shared bathroom, the referencing fees are £200 between us which is what we have to pay to secure it! i’m looking for someone serious who’s ready to start the process immediately. The deposit is one months rent between us on moving in.
