The flat is in a former converted school building (scholars gate) and is right opposite the mailbox with all amenities (including Nando's) just a stones throw away. You'll be a part of a nice gated community who organise Summer BBQ's and the occasional winter party.
The flat comes fully furnished with 2 bathrooms, an open-planned lounge and kitchen, featuring Sky Sports and an outdoor terrace area.
The room is quite small, but comes with all of the storage you'd ever need and a customised memory foam mattress.
You'll be sharing with me (Josh). I work in recruitment, enjoy watching films and sports and whilst my week nights are fairly quiet, I like to keep busy on weekends.
The tenancy will be for 3 months initially with an option to extend.
