I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. This is a platinum flat with a double bed, desktop and en-suite. Furniture is provided. There is also a impressive amount of storage available so you'll feel right at home here. The accommodation also take care of all of the bills (including water, energy and Wi-Fi). I have not stayed in this room, I was simply holding it however I am looking for someone who needs a room for a 45 week stay in Birmingham city centre- close to Aston and Birmingham city university (5-10 minute walk). All facilities are provided for you, including kitchen facilities such as a fridge, kettle and oven. There are also other university students living in the flat. It is a block A flat room -A005. The accommodation is 2 minutes away from a tescos express and includes a cinema room, common room, laundry room, and a bike shed.
