Hello there,
I have a room available in a 4 bed shared house, available from 1st November 2024. Inside the room there's a small double bed, wardrobe, chest draws, desk & chair.
The house is not far from the city centre, 10 min walking to central library and only 10 min walking to a 24hr Tesco.
When the house is full, there will be 4 people sharing 1 kitchen, 2 toilets & 1 shower.
Rent is £450 per calendar month all inclusive. Deposit is £450 and needs to be up front with the 1st month’s rent. Minimum 3 months stay.
Existing housemates are 1 Male & 2 Female (all working professionals). We are looking for someone clean and tidy to join in.
