Fully-furnished double bedroom available (female preferred). It's in our 5th floor, two bedroom (one bathroom) flat in the PostBox contemporary apartment (opposite MailBox). Only 10 mins walk to The Bullring or New Street Station.

Available from July 2024. Will be sharing with one other person (female) who works locally.

Room is spacious, kitted out with; Double Bed, Bedside Table, Chest of Drawers, Built-in Wardrobe, and a Desk.

Living room has a couple sofas, coffee table and TV cabinet. We've supplied a TV and Netflix + Broadband, which is all included for free.

Kitchen has all the appliances you'd expect and more; Fridge-freezer, Oven, Microwave, Washer-Dryer, and a Dishwasher.

Building has a Concierge and Security, so great for peace of mind. You're on 5th floor, so also get semi-exclusive access to HUGE roof terrace. Which is great at the moment for getting some space/exercise without actually going outside. :)

All bills included; Electricity, Councils Tax, Netflix. Secure parking is available at an additional charge.
