Notes:
- Bills (council tax, broadband, water and electricity) are not included. Current flatmate is a student and her tenancy contract is to end in December 2024. Since current staying flatmate's rent includes bills, before she moves out the occupier of this room may need to use the same suppliers. After she moves out, occupier of this room can change supplier, if needed, and pay those bills directly to suppliers.
- This room is for female professional preferably. The staying flatmate is not comfortable with men visiting very often and staying overnight. After she moves out men visiting is fine but this room is for single person living only. Occasional men staying overnight is fine as long as flatmate is notified in advance and comfortable with it.
- No over drinking please
