A single bedroom is available in a 3-bedroom flat located in the heart of the city centre, right in front of the main library. The room is furnished and available for £450 per month (without bills which are typically 100-120£ a month depending on usage).

- Room Features: Single room offers single bed, wardrobe, desk.

- Bills: The rent does not include bills, which consist of internet, council tax, water, gas, and electricity. These will be shared among the flatmates, providing a fair and transparent arrangement.

- Flatmate Preference: As the current tenant, I am a female looking to let out a spare room to female tenant. Strictly non-smokers and no-pet policy are in place to maintain a comfortable and clean living environment.
