Modern bathroom that would be shared with just me
City Centre location (Orion Building), right next to Birmingham New Street station.
I'm fairly flexible with contract terms and lengths. Short term is fine too.
Happy to accommodate someone who works from home (there is a desk and chair in the room that isnt in the picture)
The apartment is fully equipped with most things required for modern living. Therefore, I am ideally looking for someone who doesn't have too much stuff and is happy to use my things (kitchenware etc).
