I have an spacious and furnished double bedroom with ensuite bathroom available in the Jewellery Quarter from the last week of March/ 1st of April 2025. It's only walking distance from City Centre. You would be sharing with only one flatmate, female.

The flat is fully furnished with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen. It has big floor to ceiling windows which offers plenty of natural light (bear in mind in the photographs the windows have been digitally blurred only for online safety). Great benefit of Concierge service 24/7, key fob entry, only residents gym and elevator. Concierge receives your parcels for you.

Has own patio with outdoor seating and space to put your plants if you have any bring as many as you like!. Access to a beautiful private terrace and private residence garden.

Important: The other separate bathroom has a bath, which I use but you are welcome to use too. In your bedroom if you want to remove some furniture or change it around to make it homely to you is not a problem.
3-minute walk to Tesco Superstore, 8 minutes walk to Jewellery Quarter station and 20-minute walk to New Street Station.
