Looking for Flat mate to renew tenancy

Hello I’m MJ, a working professional living in a 2 bed 2 bath in snowhill with my flatmate faith here in birmingham! I am moving out as I have secured a new job in London so will be moving out at the end of the tenancy , meaning my flatmate would like to renew the tenancy with a new person. The new contract starts on the 22nd of December and the flat and building is equipped with 24 hrs concierge, gym, cinema, Offices and is only 15 mins away from bullring. The room is fully furnished with a bed and wardrobe and you will have your own bathroom which is the bigger bathroom with a tub just outside the room and a full closet in the hallway as well. The bills come to additional £176 to £200 per month depending on heating usage other bills are fixed. I currently WFH so I am available for viewings most days.
