Hi, I am looking for someone to replace my tenancy from August 1st for 48 weeks. Start date can be earlier if wanted. It was a kitchen, bathroom and a large bedroom with a TV. There is also shared washing machines downstairs which are free to use. There is nothing wrong with the place, I am just looking to move out for the 2024-2025 season as I may not be in Birmingham. It is £170 a week bills included with free washing, it is near the Poundland and boots in city centre, a 15 minute walk from Aston University. Looking for tenants asap.
