Room for rent in lovely flat near the mailbox!

HELLO my flatmate is moving home in August so I need someone to replace her!

What I can offer you as the best flatmate in the entire world:
- lifts to Aldi (I drive but there’s only one available parking space, sorry!)
- cups of tea and gossip
- encouragement to join me at the gym (please)
- in general just a Good Time

Bills are currently as follows (pp);
Rent - £497.50
Council tax - £104
Electricity - £85
Water - £20
Internet - £20

Total being £726.50. The landlords are really sound and fix/replace things really quickly! I’ve lived here for 2.5 years now and I get on with them well. I take care of all the bills so you’d only need to send me one monthly amount, easy peasy :)

FURNISHINGS - the flat originally did come with a double bed, so I can ask the landlords to put it back in for you if you need it. There is also an oak chest of drawers that’s currently in my room as current flatmate didn’t need it, but I can also move that back in. Those are the only bedroom furnishings though!

I do own a 7 month old whippet puppy, so if dogs aren’t your thing feel free to give this ad a miss! She’s really well behaved and I keep her out of the way of my current flatmate/in my room with me so you wouldn’t be inconvenienced (but hopefully you love dogs!) she loves cuddles and kisses and sleeps most of the time.

I am a professional who works in the city centre, but I also work from home a lot. There’s a desk in the living room I’m happy to share for the potential flatmate who also may want to work from home! As I end up working from my bed half the time anyway lol

I dance on a Monday and Tuesday night, and go to the gym 4x a week. I love rupauls drag race, anime, and reality tv. I also play guitar and piano, and I love musical theatre. There isn’t currently a tv as my current flatmate is taking hers home with her.

I am bisexual and have a lot of queer friends - I’m not really the type to mention it loads but if that is a problem of course please don’t respond to this ad!

I’m clean and tidy, and quite quiet - I’m not a huge partier but I do go out to broad street/uprawr/gay village once in a while so I’m not a complete hermit!
