Amazing room walking distance to everything

Looking for. Quiet, considerate, respectful housemate, clean and tidy, short term preferred but consider long term if we get on living together. Rent is included in bills as long as economical, with utilities, apt is quite small and like home to be zen and relaxing so would prefer no guests over night.
Apt great location next to mailbox and broad street, 10-15 min walk to train station :)

Please note in the colder months the rent maybe £50 more pp for the heating costs, this depends how cold it is :)
