URGENT 1 room in 2 bed 2 bath apartment

I have 1 bedroom in my 2 bed 2 bath flat, on 6th floor. My flatmate is moving out 6th September and I need someone to take over her room as close to this date as possible. Kitchen is a shared space and is open plan. Apartment building has a concierge, free gym, postal locker service, and maintenance team on site most days. There is a roof terrace on floor 6, and a communal terrace used on floor 1. Also has a common area for studying with coffee machine and comfy seating. Bills are roughly £230 (including council tax, band D), parking is an extra £100 but it’s right next to new street station, moor street station, and tram links so I’ve not needed my car in 2 years here.
