Room in Chinese Quarter Flat

Hi! My flat mate is moving out on 19th September, and I am looking for someone to take her spot. My preference is a PhD student, as i do not pay council tax, but I am open to full time professionals. I am a fairly quiet person, do not have parties, like to cook and keep to myself most of the time. I am looking for a female only flatmate, who will be respectful of my Christian faith, and look after the flat with me. I really wouldn’t like a flatmate who would like to have parties at the flat often. The room is a en-suite with a double door Juliette balcony, and is slightly larger than mine, but the rent is split evenly. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. As for bills, I would say around £15 each for water, £40 each for electricity in the summer, £80 each for electricity at the height of winter, £11 each for internet. We get a 25% discount on council tax because I’m a student, so it ends up being £150 all together. I currently pay £50 and my flatmate £100, but if the prospective flatmate is a student then we would not pay for council tax.
