My roommate is moving out in middle September, looking for 1 female roommate to share the flat with me 😊

🏠 2b1b, B5 5JE Masshouse, Birmingham City Center, Within 15 mins walk to Moor Street & New Street Station, Within 5 mins walk to Tesco & Sainsbury, Within 1 mins walk to papa John pizza, Chinese supermarket, & cafe

💰 1150p two people/month, all Bills (water + electricity + Internet + council tax) cost 350 two people/month, we've set everything up so you can move in happily without doing anything else

🛋️ The flat has 1 huge living room with 2 sofas (can be used as bed), 3 tables, 4 chairs, 1 washing machine, 1 kitchen with 1 fridge, 1 microwave & 1 dish washer, all in good function, 1 bathroom with shower and heater and huge mirrors, 2 bedrooms (all have beds & wardrobes & heaters & desk), 1 balcony

📆 prefer moving in after Sep 20th, but can communicate if wanna move in earlier

😊 looking for a female roommate whose also at work, and would love to clean common area regularly, don't accept student at this moments as need to pay council tax. No pet and smoking allowed in flat.
