My name is Sathish, am an Entrepreneur & IT Consultant and my partner name is Vaishali & she works at NHS. We both are British citizens. I speak Tamil & English and my partner speaks Hindi, Gujarati & English. We are Super friendly, highly educated, helpful, legitimate and respectful people 😇

We are looking for someone who’s friendly, tidy, respectful person.

I prefer someone who’s pet friendly. Preferably female Student or Professional.

We have a miniature Dachshund dog with us which is just 11weeks old super friendly puppy, clean, playful 🐶

Please Note: No friends or family allowed to visits/invite’s/Stay, no outside parties at the property.

You are more than welcome to do whatever that makes you happy, Cook veg/non-veg foods/cakes, make yourself more comfortable, Watch loud movies and music’s in the Bose Wireless Home theatre system (Which is mind blowing deep bass cinema theatre experience) 😃

We are renting our double room with your Own Bathroom but it’s not an en-suite!

Minimum 3 months rolling contract but If you wish to stay for a year or longer, we can sign 6 months contract and I require all months rent in advance plus deposit.
