Hiya, I currently live in a lovely 2 double bedroom flat in Madison House - located in the city centre (Gay Village) of Birmingham (B5).
Birmingham New Street is only a 10 minute walk from here. The flat is modern, furnished and very clean and tidy. My current flatmate is moving out when our contract ends on the 1st of December so I'm looking for another professional to replace her on the tenancy (reference required).

- Energy bill depends on usage, roughly around £80 / £90 pcm split by 2 (keep in mind this is higher in winter months due to heating)
