Description
Hi, I'm currently the sole tenant in this lovely 2 bed flat, looking for a flatmate to reduce my bills and to be a friendly face to share with.
I'm on the 9th floor of Masshouse Plaza, with a view across Birmingham including the Bullring just 1km away. The building is superbly located with easy access to shops and transport links, and the flat also comes with a secure underground parking space.
The flat itself is modern, furnished and I like to keep it clean and tidy. I've supplemented some of the furniture in the shared living room with some of my own, since I moved here from an unfurnished place myself, but I like to think it fits together smoothly and I'm quite happy to share that and other communal bits and pieces.
I've set up all the bills, which translate to around another £160 a month on top of rent. That's covering council tax (band E), electric, water and wifi.
I expect the deposit would be about £650.
I'm pretty chill to share with. The only slight snag is that I work a shift pattern which sees me work late nights, early mornings and weekends, and I'd need a flatmate to respect that, but otherwise I like to think I'm friendly and easy to live with.
Please drop me a message if interested and then we can organise a viewing.
I'd also be keen to meet up with a potential flatmate socially before completely signing anything, just so we can get to know each other a little. I'm sure you're lovely, and 99% of people are, but I'd prefer to double check if possible to make sure you're a good fit!
