Tenant replacement in Birmingham city centre

The flat is in excellent condition and is close to Birmingham New Street train station (5-8 min). It is a quiet (backyard of the building), bright, warm, and spacious flat/room. The room has an ensuite large bathroom (including a bathtub) and a named parking space in the garage. The bill does not include council tax (free for students).
The current tenant, Dimitris is a 31 yo Greek professional working part time in JLR while doing his PhD in data science at the University of Warwick. He is a kind and communicative flatmate. He is quiet and respects privacy.
The neighborhood has a lot of shops, supermarkets, and bars and the bullring is within walking distance.
I would like a tenant replacement in any possible date, because I need to move out from the property since I found a new job!
