Or maybe you have been assigned to a project in town and need a place to stay for a few months? Or you are a student looking for accommodation as quickly as possible whilst you learn about the lovely Birmingham city.

Well this plush luxury double bedroom is available for you. You will have large master bedroom to yourself with your own bathroom in the room. The property is fully furnished, you just need your clothes!
The room has a huge built-in wardrobe to store belongings and two suitcases! There is also under bed storage and two drawers so there more than enough space to keep things.
Location : the flat is a 5 minutes walk to New Street Station, 5 minute walk to the Mailbox, 10 -15 minute walk to Bullring. 15 minutes walk to Birmingham Moor Street, about 20 minutes walk to Broad Street. You are literally at heart of the city so everywhere could be a walking distance and you also have access to every corner of the West Midlands with little time and transportation costs.
You will be sharing with one other female tenant. Bills are about 150-160 pounds a month depending on use.
You would be replacing me, a current tenant looking to move out before my contract expires. The flat is only available from now till January 31st ( so about two months) so short stays would be much appreciated as there is no guarantee for an extension once my contract expires.
