Looking for a replacement housemate.
3 bed two story duplex in central Birmingham. No upstairs or downstairs neighbours. Two parking spaces included. 7 min walk to New Street Station. 15 min walk to Moor Street Station. 30 seconds to Tescos express.
The room is a spacious double room. Fully furnished with bed, desk, built in wardrobe and some furnishings (please note, most furnishings are my own and won’t come with the room, message for more details) Massive skylight letting in heaps of natural light.
Ground floor has enormous open plan kitchen/living/dinings space with large windows and high ceilings. This area is fully furnished including decoration and kitchenware. Bathroom is shared with one of two housemates.
House mates are two 25 year old guys in the arts and finance sectors. Both great fun, tidy but not naggy, social people who I’ve lived with for over a year with no issues. I’m only moving out to move in with my partner.
Living with current tenants is incredibly easy going. Expect a friendly atmosphere of good conversation, shared meals, and trips to the pub.
Rent is £667 pcm, all other bills, WiFi and council tax (band F) is about £150. Landlord is quick to complete maintenance. Contract is joint rolling tenancy.
