The flat is ideally situated just a 7-minute walk from New Street Station, with excellent access to local amenities and transport links. You'll be sharing with a clean and professional current flatmate.
The available room is en-suite and comes with parking. After the initial two months, you’ll have the option to continue the tenancy, as I only signed a six-month agreement in anticipation of my planned relocation.
