City Centre Flat - Room for Rent

Hi, my name is Grayce and I am looking for somebody to take over my flatmate's tenancy who is re-locating. This flat is in the city centre right next to the mailbox so it is perfect for students or young professionals! I am looking for a friendly female flatmate to move in for a medium to long-term tenancy :) It is a 5 minute walk to New Street station.

The bills at the moment are approximately £110 without council tax - I am a masters student studying a healthcare course at BCU so I will not pay council tax until Jan 2026. My current flatmates pays about £238.51 per month (Band E).

The Flat is in a large building with lifts and a 24-hour concierge. The flat has a shared living room/kitchen area and a hallway. The room for rent is an en suite, but the there is another bathroom in the flat (which is mainly mine at the moment due to the en suite in the other room). There is also a gym included in the rent!
