Penthouse Apartment in Birmingham City Centre

Apartment:
One available bedroom nearest to the shared bathroom on the first floor of the apartment. Leading to the open floor plan living room/kitchen with high ceilings and doors to the generous balcony space looking over the city skyline. Within the main room is a spiral staircase which connects the mezzanine level where my bedroom and the boiler cupboard is located.
We recently added a curtain along the upstairs rail to act as a room divider providing privacy for both tenants.

Kitchen amenities include:
Fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, electric stove, air-fryer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, blender and kettle.

Ideal flatmate: Kind sociable person who is reliable, trust worthy and is not messy in shared spaces. Someone who's chill and is less of a party animal.
