The room features a double bed and its own bathroom, located just across the bedroom. The living room is quite spacious and comes with a balcony.
Bills are not included with the rent. The bills are around £250 extra and are split equally between the two. In total, it is around £800 per month per person.
I am looking for someone quiet, clean and respectful. I do enjoy my own space and would appreciate someone that has the same values. I do love meeting new people and would like to make a new friend :)
