I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy for my student accommodation. It is a one bed room with an ensuite toilet and shower with a shared kitchen.
It is right in the heart of the city and only a few minutes walk from Aston University and Birmingham City University. It is also around a 20 minutes walk from University College Birmingham.
It includes an ensuite shower and toilet, desk, bed, wardrobe, mirror, iron, microwave, oven, hoover etc. Message for the link for a 3D viewing of the room and spaces.
It's a seven bedroom flat but only 4 of us are here. Currently, all of the flatmates are girls and they're really lovely and friendly. OPEN TO BOTH MALE AND FEMALE THOUGH.
The building has common and study spaces and a costa on site. Tesco express close by. Other facilities include bike storage, laundry, vending machine, recycle and printing etc.
Available to move in immediately, and check out is 21st July, 2026. I have covered the advanced rent. Rent is paid in 3 installments (3/10/25- £2,985.60, 17/01/26- £2985.60, and 26/04/26- £1,492.80) amounting to £7,464.00 for the entire stay.
