I am the owner of this beautiful Victorian Duplex apartment and lived in it for many happy years however I am now married with a child and it is currently up for sale. However the housing market is quite slow these days so I anticipate a minimum 3 months opportunity for the right person.
Currently I average just 2 nights a month staying in the apartment so you would mostly have the apartment to yourself and I'm happy for you to have the Master bedroom.
I am after a clean, tidy, respectful professional (ideally without mountains of belongings) to live in and enjoy my lovely home who will be flexible and accommodating towards viewings with my estate agent.
This opportunity would also work really well for Monday-Friday workers.
The bedrooms have fantastic floor to ceiling fitted furniture and there's a desk. There is a sofa however as I'm preparing for a move not a huge amount else. Currently we have mobile WIFI which works well.
There is a parking space however I would ideally want this when I am in town.
There is no gas. I currently pay for Council Tax (Band D) and utilities however didn't tick bills included as it will be up for discussion due to the winter approaching.
Potential to work with a certain budget. I just want the right person for a win: win to make the most of my place before it sells.
