Due to a change in my work situation, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. The flat is a 2-bed 2-bath property, and you’ll have your own private bedroom with bathroom. The room is spacious, bright, and well-lit. (The furniture arrangement in the photos is mine, but you’ll be free to arrange it as you like. I’ll clear all personal belongings before you move in.)

We’d prefer a young professional (male preferred), as my current flatmate works full-time and it’s easier for council tax and rent arrangements.
