I’m currently in search for a student who is willing to take over my tenancy from 15/12/2025 and onwards. You’ll have your own bedroom, private en-suite bathroom, a 32” Smart TV with free apps including Netflix, YouTube, Chanel 5 ect, ample storage space, modern kitchenette and living area. This room style has large windows allowing ample lighting so you can really focus on your studies. If you want to meet new people you’re in luck as we have amazing communal areas like our lounge, on-site gym, study workspace room, cinema lounge and private dining room. All bills are included.

Rental payments can be made in instalments of 3, 6 or 10 across the tenancy period. Bear in mind that depending on which option you go for, the payment will differ.
