10 minute walk to Birmingham bulking

All furnished with double bed, wardrobe, kitchen, microwave, desk & drawers and a set of bedside drawers

It’s perfect for Aston or BCU students who want to be close to everything in town.

🗓 Move-in date: Flexible — ideally as soon as possible.

I’m only moving out because I’ve switched universities, so just looking for someone to take over my contract that is until August 31 2026.
