Dear friends i am a student of Aston University . This flat is available from 5th of Jan . If you are intrested in this flat please contact me . I contracted with Unite students for full term 52 weeks from September 2025 to September 2026 but i want to leave it at the end of December due to some personnel reasons . So i am looking for a female fellow who is interested in this room from January onward . My contract will be transferred to the new resident of this room and be beneficial for both me you . But one important thing is this room is in female preferred flat so preferably enquiries from female side will be answered. The person who is enquiring must be a student in Birmingham . This is premium flat with in Aston University completely safe and sound . This is a five bedroom flat all other flat mates are females currently only 4 at this flat and these five rooms share one big Kitchen with all the facilities like Microwave Oven , Kettle ,electric HOb and grill oven . There is big dinning table with 6 chairs in kitchen as well . All flatmates are helpful and friendly.
