Hi! I’m sadly looking to move out due to a change in work commitments, so we’re looking for someone to take my place in our lovely flat.
You’d be living with Scarlett, a 27-year-old female in our 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom rented apartment in Birmingham City Centre (B3). She’s friendly, outgoing, and always up for a chat or a night out, but also loves a cosy evening in with good food, films, or a glass of wine.
We’ve had such a great time in the flat since moving in together in May - from travelling abroad and cooking together to chilled nights in and spontaneous nights out. It’s a really easy-going and happy home!

• Spacious double bedroom with ensuite bathroom
• Fully furnished with plenty of storage
• Gets lots of natural light
• In a modern building with lifts and great energy efficiency
💰 Rent & bills:
• Rent: £700 per month
• Energy: £45 each
• Water: ~£15 each
• Broadband: ~£12 each
• Council tax: £140 each
(Total monthly cost around £910 all in)
📅 Availability:
I’m planning to move out towards the end of December or early January, but I’m flexible around dates.
The current tenancy runs until May 2025, with the option to extend after that.
